Odia and Hindi matter more here than the usual second languages: the Junior tier sits in Odisha government schools where English is the third language in the room, not the first. Anything not yet translated falls back to English rather than showing you a blank.
How impact is measured here
Every figure comes from work that was logged, evidenced and verified. The whole method — the proxy values, the four adjustments, the discount rate — is published rather than asserted, and when a claim is revised down we show that too.
